Arms ORNALUX Operating Room arms had been designed for ergonomics and versatility. Thanks to the single-part cast aluminium manufacturing, and the rugged design of the couplings (with double bearing system), we have achieved a heavy-duty system to fulfil the requirements of modern Operation Rooms.The streamlined design and powder-coated finish helps to keep the arms clean and free of dust.They are supplied in two standard lengths (600 & 900 mm), being possible to combine the two to form a 1500 mm articulated arm. The rotation angle limits can be set in units of 15º, and be easily changed anytime.While pressing the “Pendant” handle button, the pneumatic brake system is set free, allowing locate the equipment in the desired position. To block again all the rotating elements (arms and Pendant), all that is needed is to free the handle button again.
PendantThis is a triangular prismatic shaped body designed to be coupled to the Operating Room Arms. Manufactured in extruded aluminium, epoxy-polyester powder coated finish. The streamlined design helps to keep it clean and free of dust.The length of the body will depend on different equipment and accessories to be fitted in it. The system includes at last a tray or drawer with the control handle that block the system rotation movement.The height of the body above the floor can be adjusted depending on the length of joining tube between the arm and the body.It rotates 360º, being limited with a butt-end from continuous rotation, to prevent the torsion of the electrical supply cords and gas piping.The rotation movement is controlled together with the arms movement, with the handle button control.
